We liked absolutely everything from the Hive we stayed in with bowls, a bed and towel for our dog; the delicious food in the restaurant; the fun of hitching a ride on the golf buggies to go to the room; to the excellent staff and beautiful hotel and grounds. The Spa was beautifully laid out and they have created a perfect relaxing space with various different saunas, light therapy cubicle, cold water plunge and so much more.
The fact that the hotel rate (which was steep for the Hives) didn’t include breakfast.

Nice rooms. Ours was a bit small but I didn’t realise when booking that a “cosy” room was a very small room. My mistake, other rooms are available
The restaurant service was poor and pretty much everything was over priced. Even breakfast was silly prices and there is a service charge on top. Best avoided.
