Pension Adalbert

Everything was great: excellent location, beautiful room, and fantastic view. The artwork and furniture in the room were also pleasing to the eye. The host also provided delicious snacks, sparkling water, and a large plate of fruit (apples, pears, peaches, and bananas) complimentary – so thoughtful! Considering the location and quality of the room, the price per night was very reasonable, and the host also provided a particularly generous breakfast (included in the room rate).

Excellent location, walking distance to main attractions and bus station. Beautifully decorated, large bedroom. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very good breakfast.

Pension Adalbert has a VERY good location for exploring Český Krumlov. Everything was so convenient, and we loved being able to walk around the town easily. Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the bathroom was also clean, comfortable, and quiet. They also left some lovely fresh fruit for us, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. And the burger downstairs deserves a special mention, it was one of the best burgers we have ever had! And that’s saying something, considering we lived in both Texas and Brazil for a while. Definitely don’t skip it! One quick tip for future guests: you cannot park directly near the hotel, and it’s about a 10-minute walk from the parking area. We had large suitcases with us, so we ended up putting what we needed into a carry-on and taking only that to the hotel. We didn’t know about the parking situation beforehand, so we had to open our big suitcases in the parking lot and reorganize everything there. 😅 If you’re coming with large luggage, definitely pack a smaller bag with what you’ll need for your stay so you can make the walk easier. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Pension Adalbert, especially for its location and that incredible burger!
