Vacation Rental No. 10, “Strandkrabbe,” in the Waterkant complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
This unique vacation rental—located right in the heart of Boltenhagen—is on the second floor and features approximately 75 m² of living space, including a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony facing the lake. It’s about 100 meters to the beach.
The amenities in this vacation apartment leave nothing to be desired. In the cozy sitting area, the large flat-screen TV provides entertainment. Directly from the living room, you step out onto the balcony with a beach chair, from which you can even enjoy a partial view of the lake.
One bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200 cm) that can be extended using a pull-out drawer (90 x 200 cm). Except for the bedrooms, which have hardwood floors, the entire apartment is tiled. Pleated blinds provide privacy and sun protection.
The vacation apartment’s modern built-in kitchen offers every convenience. Among other things, you’ll find a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a ceramic cooktop. You can indulge in culinary delights in the adjacent dining area.
The spacious, modern, and tiled bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine. This vacation rental is a non-smoking unit where pets are also not allowed.
The Waterkant complex is located near the Kurhaus, across from the pier. An underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided.
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

The entrances to Buildings An and B are located at the rear of the building. You can access Building C from the side of the building.

Schöne und großzügige Wohnung. Nah am Meer (Strandaufgang 6 für Strandkorbvermietung). Der Kurort ist zudem sehr gepflegt und es gibt abwechslungsreiches Programm.

Grandiose Wohnung es wurde nichts verschönt, der Ausblick über Boltenhagen, Kurpark teilweise Ostseeblick einfach super. Wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt. Wir würden diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen. Klitzekleines Manko das es keinen direkten Zugang zur Wohnung bzw. zum Haus gibt.
Die Betreuung durch Nordic ist auch super vielen vielen Dank. Weiter so....

Schon die Betreuung durch Nordic ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung entsprach durchaus der Beschreibung und den Fotos, es war nichts geschönt. die Wohnung ist hell, großzügig und absolut zentral gelegen. Wir würden sie immer wieder buchen. Kleiner Wermutstropfen, wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist: es gibt keine direkte Verbindung von der Tiefgarage zum Haus und keinen Fahrstuhl im Haus. es hat unserem Wohlbefinden aber keinen Abbruch getan!
