The approx. 58 square meters in size, this family-friendly 3-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor spans two levels and is equipped to accommodate 4 guests plus 1 toddler.
On the first living level (2nd floor), you’ll find a cozy living room with direct access to the furnished south-facing balcony. Make yourself comfortable on the large couch and feel free to use the flat-screen TV (satellite), DVD player, small stereo system, and various board games and books for entertainment.
The comfortably furnished, open-concept kitchen offers excellent amenities for self-catering. You’re welcome to enjoy your meals together at the separate dining area.
The guest/children’s room on this floor is furnished with two comfortable single beds (each 90x200 cm / height 56 cm), and there is also storage space for your clothes.
You’ll also find a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet on the lower level of this non-smoking apartment. The window lets in plenty of natural light and helps ventilate the room after showering. A towel warmer keeps your towels nice and warm upon request.
From the apartment hallway, a wooden staircase leads you to the 2nd floor (top floor).
Here you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm / height 52 cm), a wardrobe, and a dresser.
You’ll also find an additional guest restroom on this floor.
Special Features
This non-smoking apartment is easily accessible from the underground parking garage via the building’s elevator. For our youngest guests, a travel crib and a high chair are also available for free use. You are welcome to use the apartment’s own washing machine free of charge in the communal laundry room in the basement.

Bicycles

On the underground garage level, there is a lockable storage room belonging to the apartment (with an electrical outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Here you can store your rented or personal bicycles [&] and other items. In addition, there is a general bicycle rack next to the building entrance.

You’re welcome to use the 2 bicycles provided there free of charge to explore the vacation area.
In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about the bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement bicycles if the bicycles are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The bicycles are offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
