The approximately 56-square-meter, 3-roomvacation apartment on the first floor is accessible via the building’s elevator—making it barrier-free and senior-friendly—and offers family-friendly amenities for up to 4 people plus 1 toddler.
This non-smoking apartment features a bright and comfortably furnished living area with access to a furnished corner balcony facing southeast. Satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and various board games and books are provided for your entertainment.
The open kitchen is equipped for self-catering and includes, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and much more. You can enjoy meals together in the separate dining area.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm / height 44.5 cm) with electrically adjustable slatted frames and a spacious closet. The window is equipped with a blackout pleated blind and a fly screen.
The guest/children’s room features a bunk bed (each 90 x 190 cm; lower bed height 41 cm, upper bed height 152 cm). The small closet provides space for your vacation wardrobe. The window is equipped with a blackout pleated blind and a fly screen.
Of course, there is also a modern shower room with a toilet and underfloor heating. A towel warmer ensures cozy, warm terry towels upon request.
Special Features

The elevator in the building makes it easy to get from the underground parking garage to any floor of the building. For young guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available for free use in the apartment.

Bicycles

If needed, you can park your bicycles at the public bike rack next to the building entrance.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
