Our second time in this condo and it was just as clean and accommodating his last year! Great communication from the host! Issue, free arrival and departure! Will stay here again definitely next year!

Great location to the beach and pool. Extra beach supplies were a bonus. Will likely be back again.

As advertised! Cannot wait to visit again!

Renters beware: No where that I read stated this unit was directly above a bar, on 3rd floor. While this condo has a beautiful views, this unit sits right above the bar and is very noisy until wee hours of the morning (2-3am on a few nights). Cigarette smoke wafts up from all areas while trying to enjoy the patio area, also. The current condition leaves much to be desired. After traveling more than a decade across the gulf coast staying in numerous condos the location is wonderful, the accommodations need desperate improvements. The furniture is heavily worn, outdated, and in need of replacement, which takes away from the overall comfort and appeal of the space. Several areas feel neglected, and it’s clear that updates and general improvements are overdue.
