smell was bad when entering

Everything was great except that we stay sick the entire time. We notice the air filter was extremely dirty. I think the air filter just needs to be replaced We will definitely stay here again. Great location and wonderful view. Love having the garage parking also

The property was very nice and very clean! The location was great and we enjoyed relaxing on the porch with the beach view. Great pool and easy walk to the beach. Great parking location and was good for us but if you have more than one car it would very challenging. The whole town has serious parking issues. Constructive feedback would be to have a few more bath towels. There were 6 of us and only 6 towels. This made it challenging for the girls with long hair that could have used an extra towel. The headboard in the master bedroom seemed detached and would hit the wall when you sit down so we placed a pillow between it and the wall. The neighbors upstairs were very loud at all hours. We understand the owners are not responsible for their neighbors but definitely frustrating.

The condo was very nice and was convenient to be access and nearby restaurants. The 2nd bedroom is very small but both bedrooms had comfortable beds and sleeper sofa was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked very well. The north elevators were down when we arrived but were repaired by the next day. We also had issues with roaches and a slow drain in the kitchen sink but property manager was quick to respond and sent pest control the same day and plumber the we day .Overall a nice place to stay.
