Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

Smooth check in and out, very friendly front desk staff! Room was clean but lacking in amenities, you need to call housekeeping to get toothbrushes and toothpaste. One thing that makes me furious is that ,they tried to charge my bank account for minibar consuming, but I didn’t consume any of it. I called the front desk after I got notification from my bank, the staff who answered the phone was helpful, but hopefully she will pass my issue to account department to fix the bill. The hotel should provide a list of minibar items and quantities for the guests to check if there’s any missing to avoid inaccurate charges.

It’s very good experience from arrival until leaving the hotel except some road noise which can be heard inside the room and for the mini bar which is never be restocked except when requested. Even that need to be requested two or more times.

Overall the hotel was really clean and staff was friendly. It was nice having USB plugs in the outlets for charging. The food we ordered was good and the restaurant downstairs was nice both for breakfast and dinner. Our room had some issues like the shower door not closing all the way so water puddled on the floor every time we took a shower, and we had to wait a couple minutes to get cold water from the sink faucet. ( That seemed strange) The pillows seemed puffy, but squished down to nothing almost instantly.

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff. After 20+ hrs of traveling, we arrived well before check-in. Nevertheless they helped us get into our room early and I can’t tell you how thankful I am for that. The room itself was compact but the bed was large and luxurious. Paired with a soaking tub, it was exactly what we needed. The location next to Circular Quay is exceptional, If you come on a weekend, don’t miss the pop-up market at the Rocks. The food and craft goods were top notch. Stop by Grana nearby for fresh pasta.
