This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it continues to be a solid value. The room was spacious and quiet for the most part. Plenty of parking and the location is central and convenient.

The hotel is very clean, good breakfast, very nice staff. Special shout out to all the people working long shifts at the front desk, they were always so polite and helpful, and to Marcus that was working the breakfast room, he went above and beyond for all the people, just a joy....

I was solo traveling with my dog across country with one night in Ft. Collins. This hotel is very clean, has a nice spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfortable sheets, pillows and mattress, and lots of counter/desk space. The parking is easy and it is convenient to the highway and about 10 minutes from Linden St/Old Town. Very pleasant stay!
