The room is very spacious for family and nice to have a kitchenette. Also, you can use the laundry for free with detergent provided. Lots of restaurants in the area.
There is no 24 hr front desk, so you need to check in before 5 pm otherwise the front door is locked.
The front desk desk receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

The location was phenomenal. Cafes, restaurants, shopping, bars, groceries right outside the doors! You must check in at #4 and the apartments are across the street. Very easy to find. We booked for a family of 5 and had no issues with space. There was a room with 2 single beds, a room with a double/queen and a living area with another single bed. The kitchen area was equipped with coffee, kettle, microwave and fridge. About 25 min walk to the Louvre.
