Clean and neat hotel. Pool and outdoor seating area was nice to relax in. Zaid, in particularly, was so pleasant and kind. All staff were helpful with any questions we had as tourists.

Very clean, staff very helpful, the breakfast was good; but it is located in the outside of the City and the bus service was terrible...Two of the days were in strike and the other day was Il giro d'Italia.
Normally supose to be good because the bus stop is in front but in our stayed 😩

Only downside is early check in not available. Apparently cleaning crew somewhat understaffed. Not a luxury hotel but clean. In retrospect staying closer to city center/ historical sites would have saved quite a bit in cab/uber fare. Also limited nearby places to dine. Stayed here because Princess cruise line arranged transportation from hotel to cruise ship. I would stay here again. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and genuinely friendly and helpful.
