I never saw any staff. The motel looked shabby and there was a homeless person sleeping in the corridor in the morning. However, it was a nice big room with a bathtub, and the motel was very conveniently located. For the price, it was all right.

Room was shabby, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Clean linen with a facewasher (wow!!) and good toiletries. Heater worked well; perhaps TV could be looked as as the screen had a bluish picture. Overall, I had a great stay.

Stayed here several times before, this time 10 nights. Friendly staff were available when needed. No issues with checking in after hours. Everything I needed worked, eg. Tv, microwave, fridge. Bed very comfortable and single room big enough for one person. Location great for shopping, eateries, banks, pharmacies, public transport and many tourist attractions like Botanic Gardens, Shrine, Federation Square, Arts precinct etc.
I look forward to returning.
