SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sacramento North

I liked that I came into the lobby and it was cool and smelled clean. I booked through a 3rd party app (Expedia) and was unable to choose that I was bringing my ESA and service animal...well they werent sure if they could accommodate as rooms were filling up due to 4th of July weekend. Fortunately, the gentleman behind the counter got me a room and let me check in early (for a fee). I was so grateful it was hot and we were whooped from the heat and driving. The area was occupied by some homeless folks but it didn't bother me, it was gated and felt secure. Room was clean and comfy. Would recommend.

Staff was helpful and friendly.

I had a two days stay in best western sure stay I personally like the the reception personnel she was an Indian origin very professional and skilled . The breakfast had fewer items but were fresh and flavorful

Cozy with all the essentials staff was helpful.
