Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres – All Inclusive

The cleaning was superb especially with the two daily cleanings. Staff are very friendly. Food offerings were ok but nothing special. The fact that some restaurants are not for the family package but for the adult package is very limiting. So although having 9 restaurants, only one option is available for breakfast and it is the same everyday no changes. Also wine should be limited to certain areas not everywhere even in rooms and in the middle of the reception since this is not advertised as "adult only". I would prefer to spend money on real services instead od spe ding on wine for ppl who drink million times a day. Wine should be an additional charge on the main package and not letus pay for it.

The whole entire experience overly met my expectations

We stayed in room 3209 in Elegance Majestic Club Jr. Suite I think it was called. 1. We had a butler named Chris who anticipated our every need and was exceedingly easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. He shared the daily itinerary every day, we just messaged him if we needed any little thing like towels, a cleaning, a booking etc. and he took care of it, never had to think twice. 2. Resort is very nice and peaceful. I enjoyed walking around and it was big enough that I didn't get bored whatsoever for the 7 nights we were there. 3. Food is actually really good. We went to the Italian, French, seafood, steakhouse and tepenyaki. Every night felt like a new vibe, we went twice to the Italian restaurant for the mushroom soup, it was fire. The seafood restaurant was really good for dinner, with a beautiful view - felt like a bougie waterfront restaurant in Vancouver, not an all inclusive. Filet mignon was great at the steakhouse, Creme brûlée was delicious at the French restaurant, They have Majestic for gourmet burgers and quesadillas etc taste delicious and the breakfast for club members was like 5 star a la carte. 4. The lobby bar has really good cocktails, like being in the lobby again at a bougie hotel in Vancouver. They have a live piano player and even live singers. 5. The customer service is truly top notch. The servers at the restaurants go above and beyond to attend to your needs they take their jobs seriously. 6. Entertainment was really good! 7. Good crowd.
