Everything is unique about this hotel. The lobby, the staircase and the rooms themselves. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for something different.

Location was close to Shambles. Adorable room. Luckily on the first floor. Stairs were narrow.

One of the coolest cutest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! This was a memorable experience. If you hesitate don’t be you will not regret. There are steep stairs (thinking my older parents would have a hard time navigating) but there are rooms on first floor. Great location the best beer across the street. Advice from someone who only spent 1 night - make sure you stay at least 2 nights!! So much to see and do!

Fab themed room to stay in, was an amazing experience. Took a while to work out how to have a warm shower rather than scolding but got there eventually. Could do with a small shelf in shower for the shower gel.
Was left plenty of tea, coffee and hot choclate.
Will come back again, even if it has to be next year.
Very comfortable beds, very cozy and so original.
In a fab location in the shambles.
