The place was a wonder. The staff was courteous. The environment was excellent. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.
I didn't like the carpets on the steps, and I also feel the windows should be opened when expecting a visitor in order to remove the stuffiness.

Always neat. Staff has the ability to listen and meet a client’s demands.
The area is quiet and a little away from the noise.
There are limited facilities. I understand that rooms are sufficient enough for staying but consider a kitchen or an outdoor area for braaing/cooking especially for longer stay. I booked for 2 nights from Johannesburg and surviving on take away is not an ideal situation.
Again, your rooms are just enough for sleeping. You deny your clients to use your common areas such as a sitting area outside to have alcohol but you don’t have chairs or sufficient space available in the room to accommodate our activities.
