the pools are nice, the beach is beautiful wasn’t crowded due to two huge pools available

-Very Very Rude and Useless staff especially (wael pool guy and kerolos from reception) -no wifi in the rooms, although its 5 stars hotel -no parking inside unless approved by the hotel owner or you are his guest as security and reception informed -Mattresses and pillows are beyond painful -malfunctioning and noisy AC in the room -boring animation especially for the kids -only 1 key room is given to you -you will walk like hell just to have breakfast or dinner -don’t expect golf car to take you from your room to reception, as only 1 golf car in the hotel -cheapest bottle of water in egypt is given to you daily -very poor amenities in the room
