Beautiful large property. Overall the stay was good enough. Checking was a little hectic.
The woman who took care of our room was exceptional and the highlight of our stay also the man who took care of the minibar and snacks.
Many restaurants but since the resort has 2 sides you have to travel far if you want to explore all of them. Needless to say It was not easy to get from one side of the resort to the other the carts do not come when you call that’s if anyone answers. Since we stayed on the adult side in order to get to the family side we would have yo take 2 carts or walk to the lobby and get a cart to the family side. It was an inconvenience and would have been much better if we could just get a cart when called like at other hard rock hotels we have stayed in the past.
There were hardly any restaurants open during the day only buffets also only buffet for breakfast. Not sure why the pool bar closed 2 hrs before the pool? around 3:30. Bartenders in the resort not very friendly.
