The staff were very helpful in getting us a taxi . The room was very clean. The hotel was close to everything A big plus was the great restaurant right next door and gelato and souvenirs right down the street. A suggestion is maybe adding a shelf in the bathroom to put your personal items on while getting ready for the day.

I loved every single thing about this property, since the moment we entered the premises we realized we were staying in a true Siena old school building, the room was perfect, amenities

I came by train. My room was so comfortable, I barely didn't want to leave. The shower was hot and powerful. I heated my pizza in a pan on the oven. I just walked to where the horse race is.
I ate wonderful tomato soup and tripe stew, specificaity of this area. Gelato was great every where.
I could live in my room. So many in Siena speak Spanish, that was nice for me. Italians seemed more eager to speak Spanish than English.
