Comfortable room, ideally located. Staff were amazing; friendly, polite and always went the extra mile. Would highly recommend.
Was all good!

The room was clean and comfortable and easily accessible. The key card gave access to the property as well as our room so no problem with arriving at any time.
We did find that the room was cold as we returned each evening after 9pm and left each day before 8:30am so there was no one available to tell.

Location and old world feel
Heat could be improved, maybe I just didn’t know how to turn it on correctly

Bed was super comfy and clean plenty clean towels and hot water.snacks and tea making facilities and TV. Adjoining cafe was great for breakfast lively bacon roll and tea.
This is an older building showing some signs of wear and tear ,sink in ensuite was cracked and I'm lucky if I slept 2 hours the sash window was banging in the wind all night so ive informed the cafe staff .I don't like leaving negative reviews and this is not meant to be I'm sure they are not aware of the window and hopefully repair as this is a handy location for me to stay over
