Wow what a beautiful place. It was clean and the pictures were exactly as it was in person. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, mixing bowls and anything you need. There were some spices and foil and plastic wrap which was nice and convenient. Having two parking spaces was a definite plus. I would stay there again and I do recommend it to anyone that wants to be by the beach and pier. One last plus was that it was very quiet there. The rooms were quiet and the whole area, no loud parties going on. It was a 10 out of 10 for us!

The property manager was above and beyond in ensuring all our needs were met. Excellent property in a great location.

Location is perfect and Tim is incredibly responsive. We had a problem with the gas being shut off and Tim was on top of it. But it was still a hassle for people to go to other friends places for a hot shower for the 1st day. Very happy with how he handled it all.

My wife and I loved our month long stay in this fantastic unit. It was clean and well cared for and our host was very responsive to anything we needed. The location was perfect for walking into town and on the strand or the beach. The ocean view from this unit is great with beautiful sunsets and we really enjoyed watching the surfers each morning. Everyone we met in Oceanside was very friendly. We hope to do it again this next year.
