To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and our neighbors, please review the following:
Maximum Occupancy: Strictly enforced at 8 guests.
Starter Supplies: A starter set of paper goods, soap, and detergent is provided. Guests are responsible for restocking as needed for longer stays.
STR Guest Responsibilities (City of Oceanside):
Parking: Vehicles shall be parked in the garage, driveway, or on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid street parking if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked in a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.
Occupancy: The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).
Daytime Guests: The maximum number of daytime guests allowed is 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are permitted between 7 AM and 10 PM.
Noise: Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises (as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code) are prohibited between the hours of 10 PM and 10 AM.

ALL BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WILL REQUIRE THE BOOKER TO UNDERGO AN ID & CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION CHECK WITHIN 10 DAYS OF FIRST PAYMENT OR CHECK-IN.
This verification will include a photo of the credit card, a photo of the front and back of your ID, and a selfie.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not book if you cannot meet this threshold.
We also reserve the right to request verification on any guest solely at our discretion.
