La Fleur de Lys

It’s very good location and room is very clean. I enjoyed staying the hotel.

Beautifully appointed and perfectly located in the centre of Gruyères. The room was of a very high standard, and the food and service were excellent. A wonderful stay overall.

The people of Fleur de Lys are really nice, very kind and attentive. The hotel is in the middle of Gruyère. There was a little living room where you could have coffee any time of the day and read.

The hotel is quite old. When we arrived, we were initially assigned a room with mold covering the bathroom ceiling. After pointing it out, the staff promptly moved us to a different room. However, the hotel itself is quite dated. We would not recommend dining at the restaurant, and breakfast was also rather underwhelming. While the staff were very kind and helpful, the food options were limited and of mediocre quality. The fresh fruit, in particular, seemed to have been previously frozen and then thawed.
