Eurostars Lisboa Baixa

This was our second time staying there. The hotel is great, with amazing staff and location.

Nothing! Everything was great.

Love the location! Great staff, very friendly and all spoke English, which helped! Super clean and helpful staff!

I noticed, since I am now in my 3 Eurostar hotel in 7 days, none of them have any note pads to write information down. While it may be old school, somtimes the phone doesn't allow you to copy information to another app and having paper is good!

The location was perfect and the staff extremely helpful! Great recommendation by Michaela for Restaurante Animal! Excellent dinner meal!

Nothing!

NA didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. But plenty of restaurants near us to choose from

On the 2nd day I stayed there, we ran out of toilet paper and coffee pot was never refilled since 1st day. I called twice and each time I had to ring 2nd time for someone to pick up the phone. Both time waited 20 minutes and finally I had to get down to the front desk to get the front desk attention and they finally apologized after I demand to speak to the manager. And when the manager showed up, I showed him the photo I took of no toilet paper situation, he just yelled something in Portuguese to his staff, no apologized and just went behind the management office and left me hanging at the lobby. I have to again ask the front desk what's going on, do I stand to wait for my toilet paper or go back to my room? I was shocked to get this kind of service after all it's a 4 stars hotel. The same night we came back to the hotel room they set a bottle of sparkling wine and fruit plate on our bed which is nice gesture but then I had to ask for the shower mat, so we don't slip when you step out of the shower and again no coffee pots. I guess the coffee pots are precious items for them.
