The room was incredibly spacious for Japan. There is the ability to dry your clothes in the bathroom, a larger fridge and freezer, microwave, and basic dishes available.
The location is in a quieter residential area beside the Imperial Palace complex. Good bus route connections and the subway stop is 2 longer blocks away ( or 2 major stop lights).
The reception desk may not be manned until the check in time, which is at 4pm. If your Japanese is not strong enough to have a telephone conversation, communication may be through the booking platform.

There is bath tub for spa and washing machine to do laundry. There is also a heater to dry up all the clothings too.

Big room, adequare plug points, eventhough the staff can't speak english well, comminication was still able with translators.
Facility has a lift, room is large enough for a bathtub.

Amenities are free choice , drip coffee,bath salts,lotion cream make off cream are very useful.
Wide open windows are available going out to balconies.
In the room we have to leave off our shoes for keeping room clean.
