Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii8 / 10Doskonały·paź 2026
The location was ideal, the rooms were clean ,comfortable and spacious.
The coffee choice in the room could have been better, the water filter in the kettle needed replacing and no bottled water provided.
The parking was tight and the electric charging points were not accessible due to other guests parking in them even though they didn’t have electric vehicles.

Very friendly staff and the hotel is very near to the city centre and not far away from the York Station.

Location was great, hotel was very clean and reception staff (especially Colleen) were very helpful and welcoming.
It’s a shame the property does not have a lift especially if you have a room on the third floor.

The location is amazing.
The room was small, not stocked out for two people in terms of tea and biscuits and very noisy above. (We were in the basement and reception and restaurant above us) parking is expensive (£36 for one and a half days)
