Excellent well thought out boutique hotel
A good location, that was a short walk into York centre
A the highlight was meeting teddy for cuddles

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel. They upgraded us to a bigger room, so we had plenty of space. We also enjoyed the complementary tea in the room. There are car parking spaces in front of the hotel or on the street (from 5pm to 10am, if I remember correctly). The neighbourhood of the hotel is very nice, with a beautiful school next to it.

The uniqueness of the hotel, the location and the breakfast was lovely, some of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The darkness of the hotel room. There was an issue with the shower, water not going down and flooding the bathroom and the sink was backing up.
Banging about at 6am in the morning outside. £15 charge for parking your car on the hotel car park.
