Nice room and good breakfast
A little short on parking

Close to town centre. Location of room peaceful.
Didn’t find reception staff particularly welcoming. Bedroom had insufficient coat hanging space, no shelving for jumpers etc and only one bedside table. On Day 2, no housekeeping was done or tea/coffee making facilities replenished until 3.00 pm.

Nice size room with comfortable bed and pillows. In suite amenities including a shower. Delicious breakfast provided and meals in the dining room for dinner were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free Wifi was available.
No lift access to the upper floors, slightly remote from city center.

Location is fantastic if going to York races
Cleanliness was poor this time and breakfast was poor for the cost. My eggs Benedict was very underwhelming
