Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice neighborhood overall—clean and visually appealing at first glance. However, once you settle in, several issues become noticeable. The kitchen blinds extremely gross and sticky, and there were a lot of crumbs around the stove. There was also black mold present in the Master-shower. I did not investigate the other showers. So, I will not speak on that. The views are okay if you don’t mind looking directly at other houses, with the mountains visible in the background. The biggest disappointment was the indoor pool. It was extremely cold, despite being advised that it was set to a specific temperature range. That temperature may technically meet their standards due to humidity control, but it is absolutely not comfortable for swimming during the winter months. None of us wanted to get in, and those that did got out immediately. Making it a complete waste of money. If you’re booking this place specifically to use the indoor pool In the winter months-don’t bother—it’s not worth it.
