Great location nice unit it had everything we needed

We loved staying at Colony Reef! The pool was big enough for everyone, the beach is just a short walk down the boardwalk, and the courtyard they have in the middle is perfect for kids to run around and play. The house was equipped with everything you could need. If you want some extra essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or detergents you might want to buy some but other than that they had everything you could need. There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the property but they were VERY nice when the issue was brought up and super helpful to resolve this. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to travel to St. Augustine.

We enjoyed this unit so much. The amenities were so good. I’m not sure why it’s not considered a Gold.

Great stay! Close walk to the beach family friendly with lots of other kids to play with. Pool was great, it was nice they had a little kiddie pool. Hot tub was a bit too hot. No spices in the and bear bone kitchen wear.
