The rental was very nice. It was very clean with an amazing view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo is great - close enough to St. Augustine but far enough for the beach to be quiet. The view from the condo is wonderful and we enjoyed many mornings and evening on it. The kitchen is well stocked, master bed comfortable, and the living area homey. The condo is starting to show its age though. While the condo was clean, the tile in the bathrooms could use a deep clean. The elastic on the sheets were stretched and the fitted sheet kept popping off. The binds in the living room don’t close completely which was a concern given the warning about light and the turtles. Overall, minor items but they should be corrected. I would stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wife and I double booked by mistake and you didn’t even noticed until we didn’t check out after our week in another condo was over. That will be the cheapest cleaning fee you’ll ever have to pay-1302 was never used the entire week. We’ll never make that mistake again-promise!!
