Guesthouse Kujtimi

We loved our stay at this Guesthouse. The host was very friendly and cooked great meals. The location was great, we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard looking at the view with a glass of wine in hand. We enjoyed meeting and talking to other travellers who were also staying there. Our room was comfortable but a little warm as there was no airconditioning. We were a group of 4 woman and found it very comfortable to share a room. We had our own private bathroom.

Our stay at Guesthouse Kujtimi was excellent. The place is a really nice and welcoming family run guesthouse. Neta is absolutely lovely and looked after us so well. The beds were comfortable, the food was great, the shower is hot. We loved the free teas we were offered often and Neta kindly did all our laundry. The location is also great as there is a new bridge coming across the river right in front of the guesthouse. Google maps hasnt updated this yet, so make sure you dont turn left into the village and then right to the guesthouse (its an awful road), but turn right before you hit the village and then just cross the rive straight in front of the guesthouse. Google maps wont show you the bridge yet, but trust me. Its there.

Bring earplugs if youre a light sleeper, you can hear people get up in the morning if you sleep in.

Stupenda guest house per avere un'esperienza il più autentica possibile soggiornando dai locali nel villaggio di Theth. Purtroppo il Paese sta venendo sfruttato da una politica di urbanizzazione scellerata con la costruzione di strutture super moderne che snaturano tutta la località e l'esperienza. Questa guest house, come poche altre, mantiene ancora lo spirito delle montagne albanesi. Ottima colazione e stupenda cena tradizionale (quantità e qualità ottime). Posizione perfetta per esplorare il villaggio di Theth e per partire in escursione verso il Blue Eye.

- Attenzione: non è responsabilità né colpa della Guest House, ma nel periodo estivo di agosto tutto il villaggio può subire decine di blackout giornalieri. Purtroppo lo stato e la provincia non aiutano adeguatamente la comunità nel garantire i servizi locali.
