Surrounded by secular olive groves and corn fields, La Masseria is situated in Contrada San Leonardo in Vasto.
It is surrounded by a unique landscape, located in the immidiate neighbourhood of the mountains of Abruzzo and the most famouse seaside resorts. The skyblue colour, recreating the original colour of the eighteenth-century, found on an ancient brick recovered during the excavations, will delight the scenery suiting perfectly the shades of the sky and yellow corn fields.
La Canova is an open-space residence created from the restoration of an ancient cellar, featuring a charming cross vault that preserves its authentic character.
Set on a single level, the residence is accessed through a private garden leading to a furnished portico with table and lounge seating — an ideal setting for enjoying peaceful outdoor moments.
Inside, a welcoming living area opens with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a bathroom. The sleeping area with a double bed is separated from the living space by soft drapes that ensure privacy while maintaining the continuity of the interiors.
From the living room, guests can access a furnished and intimate loggia — a sheltered outdoor space designed to be enjoyed in every season.
La Canova is the perfect choice for those seeking an authentic and intimate atmosphere, with outdoor areas on both sides of the residence.
