Surrounded by secular olive groves and corn fields, La Masseria is situated in Contrada San Leonardo in Vasto.
It is surrounded by a unique landscape, located in the immidiate neighbourhood of the mountains of Abruzzo and the most famouse seaside resorts. The skyblue colour, recreating the original colour of the eighteenth-century, found on an ancient brick recovered during the excavations, will delight the scenery suiting perfectly the shades of the sky and yellow corn fields.
La Terrazza features an independent entrance and is accessed via a scenic staircase leading to a spacious furnished portico overlooking the wheat fields — an ideal setting for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the peaceful countryside.
Inside, guests are welcomed into a bright living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a convivial and functional space designed for simple and comfortable living.
The residence includes two bedrooms — one double bedroom and one with a French-size bed — along with one bathroom.
An external staircase leads to the panoramic solarium, furnished and facing the sea — a private corner where guests can immerse themselves in the light and colors of the surrounding landscape.
