Our stay in this house was wonderful, mostly because of the very kind and caring host. She bought us fruits, meals and took care of all our needs, suggested us different activities. The location was also very convenient. We were happy to find this accommodation in Gilian.

Прекрасный дом с тёплой и уютной атмосферой. Здесь чувствуешь себя не как в гостинице, а как в настоящем армянском доме. Очень чисто, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть, прекрасный вид на горы, тихое и удобное расположение. Особенно понравились уютная веранда, сад и возможность готовить самостоятельно. Хозяева очень добрые, внимательные и гостеприимные. Отличное сочетание цены, комфорта и расположения.
Все было отлично!

Great location, 10 min walk to the centre of Dilijan.
The host was very helpful, kind and friendly.
The Yandex drivers couldn’t find the location, every time I had to ask the driver to call my host to ask for the correct direction. Even then it wasn’t straight forward.
I think at the time of booking ask the host to write instruction to the taxi driver in local language.

The location is near restaurants, super markets and a cafe. There is a garden and a nice view of the mountains.
The house is advertised falsely. In the description it says there is AC. There is no AC. It also says that each room has a bed and a desk. No desks. The water is inconsistent and turns off at random times. Once it does come out of the taps it's brown. There are also 3 dogs and 3 cats on the property. Not good for people with allergies. It's good to know what you're going into. Too much false advertising out there.
