The situation was great and the facility was quite good, with a nice rooftop swimming pool.
We wanted to order food at 2pm but the restaurant was closed : the menu specifically mentioned we could place an order “until 3pm”.
The aircon in the room needed to be turned on very low temperature to make it work : the room was either very humid or very cold. It was also very loud and blowing quite strongly.

The staff were amazing all of them from room cleaners to the hotel manager.. customer service amazing service.. prompt support.
There a construction closeby hotel .. which may have a bit of noise to some peolple.. but overall was ok

Breakfast was good and they organized a taxi from the hotel to the airport for us.
We've been there twice, so that it would be easy for us to leave the luggage there and come back after the Yipeng Festival in Chiang Mai. But both times the room was smelly and not that clean. It was not really cosy or comfy at all. Also - even if we've already been there - the second check-in process took a long time again at 1 am in the night and we just wanted to sleep.
