I liked the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The view was very pleasant, and the room was comfortable and spacious enough for a family with 4–5 people, including children. Overall, it was a nice place for a family getaway.

The main issue was the noise from the upstairs unit. The neighbours were playing Tamil music and singing together until late at night, which was quite disturbing, especially for a family with children. There were also several maintenance issues in the room. The bathroom floor tended to collect standing water because the drainage was not effective, and some of the wall paint was peeling due to water exposure. The bed frame was dusty, and although a safe box was provided, it was not working. The iron was also difficult to use because it came with a China-type plug instead of a Malaysian plug, and the power cable was less than 1 metre long, making it almost impossible to iron clothes properly. It was also quite difficult to find nearby halal food options.

Thế place and the location is great, easy to catch up the small bus to go genting mall Center. The hotle downstairs at level 7 service staff from myanmar and they were great service and also 24/7 restaurant and the taste was great. The myanmar staff are friendly .

The room was bad smells, I think it’s was floor mopping left dirty water or something like that . It’s shoud not be like that to stay all days night . The service need to be provided room fresh with good smelling. And also towers are pretty old , no coffee or sunger . No wine glasses at all .
