The hotel is a huge property with the new wing far from the main building. The staff doesn't help you with the luggage, hence if you have multiple bags, best to ask for a room in the older wing. The hotels itself is connected to the mall, cable car station and other hotels. Do note, there is a lot of walking involved from this hotel to the cable car station. I would recommend taking a cab to this hotel from Airport rather than choosing to come by cable car. Early check-in is available for a minimal cost. The connected mall as amazing cuisine option, ranging from street food to fine dining. Lot of activities for families like the indoor theme park or the main outdoor park. Check in and check out was very quick.

Bag porter service not available. Can become tiring to navigate through various hallways. Cost of the rooms are a tad expensive for the services offered.

Family room has two sinks. Shower & toilet are separated, making it easy for five of us to use the toilet seamlessly. Beds are comfortable & sufficient for 5 pax. Hotel is located close to the theme park making it convenient for us to go directly to in the morning.

The room we were given was at level 2 & faces the road. It was noisy when cars drove past & the street light at times shines into the room.

Hotel was too hard to find. No one was there to help once we got off the cable car. Room was too small for the price and did not have blinds. It was too bright at night and early in the morning and we couldn’t sleep well. Our room was way at the back in a different building and it was tough to locate it and we found it hard to walk back after a long day. No air conditioner or purifier
