Antara Residences Genting Highlands

We met the agent in front of the mart and was led to the entrance of the building. Given instructions on water heater and how to deliver the keys when checking out, was informed bathroom has shampoo shower cream and tooth brush, dryer etc. Apartment was clean and with proper amenities and cooking equipment, fridge, microwave, bowls plates and utensils. We stayed at 2 rooms apartment. Rooms are clean. Room has both air cond and fan. TV was big with TV box, water heater gave good hot water and good pressure. Sound proof room from corridor good. Security deposit was refunded swiftly.

Check in is strictly after 3 pm and check out is strictly before 12 noon. Pillow and bed so so, floor mat for toilet not sufficient (too small) as water splashes out when taking shower since no shower screen for master room and a sliver of shower screen at 2nd room is not sufficient to contain the splash. Floor became slippery. Since no housekeeping services provided daily then ought to at least provide extra floor mat - didnt want to be inconsiderate by using the towel as floor mat so had to drag the kitchen floor mat to the bathroom to lessen the risk of slip. Sound from racing cars and motor bikes are very loud hence has to close the windows and glass door at night to lessen the noise pollution. I think thats why the rooms have fans and aircond. Otherwise it would have been nice to sleep without aircond. Not sure if there is a pool although ad did say there is a pool. Agent didnt show pool. Try to check out the star gazing floors - it was a let down.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Everything was excellent, and we had a wonderful experience with our family. No complaints at all!

The best Unit you can have in Genting Highland

The kids pool is cold in the morning maybe the staff forgot to turn on the water heater but there is no guard or staff to ask.. its very frustrating when the kids love pool with warm water & slide the most.. overall it was awesome experience for a family

Accessible to shops

It's difficult to locate which tower when it's your first time. Long walk from genting awana. Shower floors get wet easily after shower.
