The property was well set up for a family. Beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms and laundry available was great. The condo was a bit dated and there were areas that needed deep cleaned: master shower had some mold and the door on the deck from the outside really needed to be cleaned. The rental group was quick to address a plumbing issue.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the location is steps from the beach and the restaurants and shops on Folly. Highly Recommend!

Great location! Walking distance to everything! Beds were super comfy, lots of room in condo. Super clean! Had a great trip!

The condo is across the street from the beach with easy access. Folly beach county park is 1.4 miles worth the visit. Get the ribs at Rita s and went to an oyster bake at Washout bar very good.
