You'll be conveniently located right across the street for the nearest beach access, so if you or anyone in your group love the beach, you'll be thrilled to know this! Enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes while sitting on the balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Have a wonderful movie night with your guests in the living area and make sure to stock up with all the most delicious snacks or food that you can later prepare in the fully-equipped kitchen. Plus, if you don't feel like going to a crowded beach, there's always the community pool for a relaxing dip.

The condo is very nice and in the perfect location. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that I would like is if there was an outdoor couch or loveseat on the balcony. I like to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean.

The best part of this property is the ocean view and easy beach access. The probably was clean. The furniture is quite large and the decorations are unique. Could use some general repair and updating but it’s a good place to stay

Great unobstructed view of ocean across the Tides hotel parking lot. Too much furniture inside living room area. Need to remove some furniture and make more inside room for dining.

Great location. We always love to stay at Pavilion Watch. However, this is probably our least favorite condo. Carpets were dirty, patio furniture was not ideal ( only tall PVC chairs & too much outdoor furniture- no lounge furniture). Communication with mgmt co was great & pool is always a great perk.
