Great location next door to Euston station, easy access with a code system rather than a key, comfortable, great value for money.
You may have to wait for the bathroom as there is only 1

Great location, 15 mins walking distance from King's Cross station, underground just round the corner. Lovely house with couple of rooms, very clean! Comfortable beds and rooms (some storage, fridge, fan inside the room). Clean and bright bathroom. Very easy check in and check out, explained in detail. You have to remember that the bathroom (with shower) is only one-upstairs and needs to be shared with other guests. Toilet is also available downstairs. Great contact with the owner. Highly recommend!

Great location, by Euston. Perfect for what we needed. Beds were really comfortable, a bit warm in the room (in a heatwave!) but a fan was provided. Fridge in the room, and tea and coffee.
Nothing really.

Basic but comfortable. Location was very central . Fridge in the room was convenient
Someone from another room was sick in the shared bathroom. Obviously, this was beyond the control of the owners. The bathroom was spotless when we arrived. There was quite a lot of noise from the next room. Better blinds would be helpful
