The location couldn’t be better. Close to downtown and right next to Brevard College. It’s in a nice quiet area and the deck is very peaceful to enjoy your morning coffee. The house has everything you need. Very large kitchen and comfortable living room. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed in the cabin while dropping our son off at camp, it was perfect for our stay! We enjoyed the back porch and the house layout, it was great for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). We did a hike to rainbow falls and ordered pizza to eat at the house, it was just what we needed for the weekend.

Host was amazing!! Location was excellent. House was so clean and we absolutely loved the location and easy access to Brevard University. If I could give more stars I would. Lisa was excellent in communication throughout the entire process. Hope to return soon! Thanks for a great time! Walking distance to wonderful downtown Brevard! Great shops and restaurants. So much to do!
