Pools were great. Staff were excellent. Room was good and practical. Breakfast was good. We stayed in the family section, and wished there were more washer and dryers in the laundry.

We had the most amazing stay at the Grand Mirage & Thalasso Bali and honestly didn’t want to leave!
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The service was exceptional throughout our entire stay—every team member was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with a smile.
As a family travelling with children, we couldn’t have asked for a better resort. There were so many activities to keep the kids entertained, and the whole resort has such a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. It made our holiday so enjoyable and stress-free.
The facilities, food, and location were all fantastic, but what really made our stay special was the incredible hospitality. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about making every guest’s experience memorable.
Thank you to everyone at Grand Mirage & Thalasso Bali for giving our family such wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and family-friendly holiday in Bali!
