The staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of choices, and the room was nice and large. The pool was a great spot and rare to find in other places in this area
Only con is that the check in instructions can be difficult to find/follow, and there is no staff present after 3pm so it’s all self service.

Lovely swimming pool and great location. The room was big and the staff were really friendly. They organised a late check out for us which was great. Excellent parking in the centre of Florence. Although the pool is lovely, there are no amenities such as bar or restaurant. The shower was really low, my husband just about fit! Overall a nice stay.

Very intimate setting, welcoming kind staff. Pretty trees and view from the terrace.
