Overall an okay property and stay, especially for the price. Good location. Easy access from freeway. The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. The breakfast is more grab-n-go than continental. Breakfast items are not laid out except for the coffee. The room was nice and comfortable. The front walkway leading up to the house is a bit overgrown with weeds and plants making it difficult to navigate to the house with luggage going up steps. Safety issues there.

Very clear instructions and the system for entry, bathroom share, food, and laundry were perfect. There are cats (see pictures of their property), so be aware if you have allergies. Although, you'd have no idea they have any, the house is immaculate and no smells or hair! Very friendly owners. Would absolutely stay again. They have pain killers available, phone chargers, and basic hygiene items. Breakfast available (muffins, yogurt, oat milk, cereals, granola bars) and coffee. Safe location, plenty of parking on street. Be aware everything outside of you room is comminity (owners and other guests present and share, if that isn't your thing. We enjoyed meeting others.)

Stayed just 1 night 9pm to 10am next day. Very nice comfy room with private bath. Bed was comfy. House Cats inside were adorable and super friendly.
A few things I would recommend is changing the shower curtain. It was quite old and brown along the bottom.
And picking up dog poop in the backyard asap. Hard to enjoy the space when there's several poopy spots.
