Very convenient location for us as we were in town for a show at the Tacoma Dome. Extremely easy parking. Very nice, clean and updated room. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious.
There was dog poop tracked along the floor of the hotel from the elevator all the way down the hall. While not the hotel's fault that a pet owner was irresponsible and left their pet's gross mess, once we alerted the front desk staff they didn't clean it up in a very timely manner.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely appointed. The facility is safe and secure. Location is perfect for me to visit family living nearby. I stay at this location whenever I am in town, which is usually 2 to 3 times a year. I always get a good nights sleep at this hotel.

The two-bedroom suite we stayed in was just what we needed. It was very quiet and clean. The location was great. We went to a wedding at Brown's Point and it was very easy to get there. The breakfast they served was fine.
The room temperature was freezing. I kept having to change the thermostat. I was staying with my in-laws and they are in their mid-80s and needed the room warmer. First they offered us a different room but we didn't want to move - we wanted the room warmer. My in-laws complained that the toilet seat was too low and the bed too high.

I don’t think the room coffee could be any worse.
