We loved staying at the hotel, but the best thing was room service was still available at 12:00 am when we arrived from Harry Styles’ concert.

The hotel and our room were very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful! The AC works great, a concern for us. There aren’t too many places to eat in this area that suited us. Bus was convenient. This hotel is not at all near Central London, but we enjoyed using the bus to get to that area.
