We had a wonderful stay at The Reef Coco Beach. One of the things we enjoyed most was how quiet and relaxing the hotel was. It never felt overcrowded, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite throughout our stay. A special thank you to Zoila, who was an amazing host and made us feel truly appreciated.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job—they were efficient, respectful, and never intrusive. We always felt comfortable leaving our belongings in the room.
The food was good overall. While it wasn’t the best we’ve ever had, it was enjoyable and offered a decent variety. But it can improve
During the first two days of our stay, the elevator was not working properly, but the hotel resolved the issue promptly, and everything worked well afterward.
Some suggestions that would make the rooms and stay even better would be to add a coffee maker and a microwave for guests’ convenience. The hours of the swimming pool and hot tube needs to be extended. Also the doors need a new striping to avoid waste much energy.
Overall, we had a great experience. Thank you to the entire staff for making our vacation enjoyable!
PS. The Taxi and shutters drivers were great too. 1000 kudos to Esmeralda our taxi driver.
