We loved our stay at the Courtney Palace. It was the perfect place for us to stay in Victoria Falls. The location was great. It is a walk to the falls, but we really enjoyed the walk through the city to visit the shops and see local life. In fact, we encountered baboons, warthogs and saw an elephant right in the city. The wildlife experience is really something else there!
The room was spacious and you really feel like you are having a local, but luxurious experience. It truly felt like you were staying with someone living in Victoria Falls back in time. The decorating and ambience gave that feel.
The service was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. They were committed to providing a memorable stay and ready to help, always.
The location is also tranquil and quiet. It is situated on a quiet street and you are surrounded by plants and greenery.
The value and experience of the Courtney was pefect for our stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a memorable visit to Victoria Falls.

From start to finish the staff at Courtney Lodge were all exceptional.
Whether arranging transportation, advising on restaurants (although the on-site is also very good) or just having a chat, they were all amazing.
Rooms were excellent and the meals were all superb.
100% a place we would stay again and recommend.

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Courtney Lodge. Such a great place to relax after a day at the Falls or a safari, felt very calm and personal. The management arranged all our activities which was so helpful and removed stress. Both the owners and the Staff were so lovely and made such an effort to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble. Always made time for a chat and by the end we knew all their names and they felt like friends. The room was very comfortable, the fan helped keep it cool and we slept very well.
I’m so glad we chose to stay here. We hope to return to the Vic Falls one day and wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Its our second time staying here. Lovely place to stay. Nicely furnished large rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice garden and swimming pool.
